FeesMaster is a subscription-based management application designed for study libraries and gyms. It helps business owners manage members, membership plans, seats, shifts, trainers, invoices, receipts, reports, fee collections and payment reminders.
During account setup, users can select a library or gym business profile. A single login may support both business types, with separate member records and business information maintained for each profile.
By registering for or using FeesMaster, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
FeesMaster operates on a subscription basis. The subscription plans and prices are displayed on our official website, feestrack.com.
All subscription plans include access to the full set of features available in FeesMaster. There is no separate feature-unlock fee or hidden subscription charge.
FeesMaster may offer online payment facilities through third-party payment gateways to collect subscription fees.
Users can pay using payment methods supported by the selected payment provider, which may include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and other available methods.
All online transactions are subject to the payment gateway's terms, security procedures and applicable policies.
After successful payment verification, the subscription will be activated or extended according to the selected plan.
Users should keep their payment receipts and transaction references for future verification or support requests.
Users may request cancellation of their subscription at any time through the available account settings or by contacting FeesMaster support.
Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals, where applicable. Users can continue accessing paid features until the end of their already-paid subscription period, subject to the plan conditions.
Cancellation does not automatically qualify the user for a refund of an active subscription period. Refund requests are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Purchasing a subscription provides users with a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the application for their own business operations during the active subscription period.
A subscription does not transfer ownership of the application, source code, brand or intellectual property to the user.
We make reasonable efforts to keep FeesMaster available and operating smoothly.
However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:
Users are encouraged to maintain their own copies of important business, accounting and payment records where required.
FeesMaster may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, hosting providers, WhatsApp, SMS services and other external platforms.
These services may operate under separate terms and privacy policies. FeesMaster is not responsible for interruptions or independent service failures caused by third-party providers.
FeesMaster is a business management tool. Users remain responsible for their business decisions, member relationships, financial records and legal obligations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FeesMaster shall not be liable for indirect losses resulting from network interruptions, incorrect information entered by users, unauthorised sharing of account credentials or third-party service failures.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in application features, subscription plans, payment services or applicable legal requirements.
Updated terms will be published on our official website. Continued use of FeesMaster after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where legally applicable.
